6 Week Women's Summer Shred

Women are a force to be reckoned with… and with this in mind we thought we’d create the ultimate girl group and launch a 6 week women’s only ‘summer shred’ bootcamp to to reduce body fat, improve muscle tone and increase confidence!
Complete with support group, group personal training, female led workouts, off peak gym use & exclusive targeted summer shred classes… you’ll be feeling confident, empowered and strong.
Confirm your place with a £30 deposit. The balance is due at the start of your bootcamp. Limited spaces!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR SHRED BOOTCAMP?
GOAL SETTING: you will kick off your bootcamp with an in depth consultation & lifestyle discussion with your bootcamp leader, including photos & goal setting.
EXCLUSIVE BOOTCAMP CLASSES: Bingo Wing Wipeout & Booty Bandwork are classes only available for our bootcampers specifically targeting troublesome areas!
GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING: there will be personal training sessions with your bootcamp leader that you can book on to give you workouts you can follow.
UNLIMITED SELECTED CLASSES: including our some of our signature classes from ‘X.Yoga’ yoga & HIIT, to ‘Get LIT’ our low intensity but high impact combo.
BODY COMPOSITION SCANS: at the start and end of your bootcamp you’ll do a 3D full body scan to track your progress.
LIFESTYLE CONSULTATION: including weight training techniques, realistic nutritional advice & self-confidence boosting.
FACEBOOK GROUP: you can be added to the bootcamp Facebook group so you can ask questions at any time and have the support from other participants.
GYM USE: you can access the gym as many times as you like during selected off-peak times (Mon-Fri 7am-3pm & Sat-Sun 1pm-5pm) the bootcamp and we encourage you to follow your customised workouts.
