6 Week Course

Time: 8 – 9pm (arrive 7.30 pm for herbal tea)

Meditation Mondayzzzz… This 6 week course is composed of 6 x 1 hour sessions on a Monday, designed to bring you the tools and skills to self soothe & help you take back control of your thoughts, stress levels and life!

By taking part on this course you’ll be given the support you need to reach your meditation goals and we’ll equip you with the tools you need to maintain your calm and focused state of mind once the meditation course has ended.
