Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear, emotionally calm and stable state of mind.
6 WEEK MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS COURSE

Meditation Mondayzzzz… This 6 week course is composed of 6 x 1 hour sessions on a Monday, designed to bring you the tools and skills to self soothe & help you take back control of your thoughts, stress levels and life!
By taking part on this course you’ll be given the support you need to reach your meditation goals and we’ll equip you with the tools you need to maintain your calm and focused state of mind once the meditation course has ended.

What is it and how does it work?
- Week 2 – Negative Thinking Patterns.
How to stop them, become more positive and remember everything starts as a thought.
- Week 3 – Sleep Hygiene.
The core to mental and physical wellbeing.
- Week 4 – Letting Go and Radical Acceptance.
Accepting the things we cannot change!
- Week 5 – Positive Actions = Positive Life!
What goes around comes around.
- Week 6 – Meltdown Resolution.
