Super Cycle is a high-intensity, HIIT-focused indoor cycling class designed to push your limits and boost performance. Ride through powerful intervals of speed, resistance, and recovery, all set to energizing music that keeps you motivated.

Endurance Cycle

Intense, sweat inducing workout experience, an energetic mix of strength and endurance.

YOGA CLASSES

Glow Yoga

A nourishing blend of restorative yoga, breathwork and mindfulness. Promoting replenishment and relaxation.

Hatha Yoga

A slower form of yoga preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

Power Yoga

A fat burning, heart-raising cardio practice that builds impressive strength around the joints and improves posture. Finishing with deep stretching and breath work.

Restorative Yoga

A slow sequence of only a handful of calming poses, with focus on tranquillity, renewal and effortlessness. Will help with insomnia, stress and anxiety. 

Yin Yoga

Sound healing. The opposite of yang, which is flowing and fast-paced. This Yin class is slow, with long holds of poses that deeply stretch ligaments and tendons which are harder to stretch in other styles of yoga.

Vinyasa Yoga

Move seamlessly from one pose to another using specialist breathing techniques.

Signature Skulpt

A high-activation sculpt workout focused on precision, core connection, and full-body strength endurance. Movements blend pilates-inspired control with athletic toning work for a slow-burn using timed rounds for a premium experience.

Signature Strength

A full-body, music-driven strength workout designed to target all major muscle groups with time-efficient, structured tracks. Members build strength, definition, and technique through compound and isolation work.

Signature Step Sync

Step into a high-energy, music-driven cardio experience that blends dynamic step patterns with dance-inspired movement. Step Sync is designed for all backgrounds and skill levels, offering a fun, rhythmic workout that builds coordination, stamina, and confidence.

A total body workout using kettlebells and the suspension trainer that will improve strength, cardio fitness, balance and core stability.

Core Conditioning

A focused class designed to strengthen and stabilise the core muscles, including abs, back, hips, and glutes. Improve posture, balance, and overall strength through controlled, effective movements.

Box Fit

Box Fit is a high-energy, technique-focused class designed to teach and perfect boxing fundamentals. Expect a full-body burn that builds core strength, stamina, power, and overall toning while improving coordination and confidence.

Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness is a full-body class using TRX suspension, weights and resistance bands to build strength, stability, and control through natural movement patterns.

Strength & Conditioning

Focusing on using body weight and weights to build strength and conditioning. 

Legs, Bums, Tums

Uses exercises designed to target the legs, glutes, and abdominal muscles.

Gym Lab

A beginner-friendly group training workshop focused on learning safe gym equipment use, building confidence, and developing training foundations.

Pilates

Build strength and stability throughout your core with this demanding class filled with abdominal and back work as well as balancing and co-ordination.

HIIT

High-intensity interval training consisting of intense bursts of strength and cardio exercise to get your heart rate up and burn fat quickly and effectively.

Hybrid Training

An infusion of hybrid and functional training, combining cardio and strength, focusing on technique.

Dance Fit

No dance skills required. With the lights turned down and the music up, move your body to the beat for a sweat inducing but fun workout.
