Despite having joined us in January, we think it's time the MADE community got to know Shelley a little bit better!⁠

Shelley has always had a passion for fitness and wellbeing, with one of her notable achievements having competed nationally in swimming when she was younger. Shelley is especially interested in weight and strength training, having gained her levels 1 & 2 in Olympic Weightlifting Coaching 🏋🏻‍♀️⁠

After 22 years in the fitness industry, Shelley is still just as passionate, with her favourite elements of her work being the ability to coach people, adapt to differing needs, seeing progression in her clients and most importantly always making things fun! ⁠

Shelley's best fitness advice is to put your favourite tunes on, switch off from the real world and enjoy!⁠
