what is made for mamas?

MADE or Mamas is a unique pregnancy and baby-wearing fitness class led by pre & post natal wellbeing specialist, Sam, owner of Little Yoga Massage.
 
Come and enjoy some exercise in a fun and safe way, whilst bonding with your little one, and making new mum friends! 
 
Suitable for expectant mothers and new mums after their 6 week medical check, no previous experience necessary…and no need to arrange childcare! 
 
This class combines low-impact movements with light resistance props, and plenty of gentle bouncing for your baby to enjoy whilst being close to you.

The details

When you join MADE for Mamas, you book a place on a 6 week block of classes. The next block begins on Friday 28th February.

The course is £72 (just £12 per class).

Classes last 45 minutes, from 1pm-1.45pm on the following dates:- 

Friday 28th February 
Friday 7th March
Friday 14th March
Friday 21st March
Friday 28th March 
Friday 4th April
 
Classes are held in the studio at MADE Wellness Centre.
There is complimentary parking onsite, baby-changing facilities, and a café for a post-class drink.

what to bring

A secure sling or carrier 
A water bottle
Comfortable clothing for both you and your baby
Light trainers, socks with grips, or simply bare feet is fine!
