Refresh and Revitalise your body & mind ready for the new season. Gently Awaken the body with Sun Salutation, followed by deeper Yin postures to release those winter aches and pains. We will finish with affirmation and spring intention setting & meditation. Get ready to leap into spring!

Switch off and wind at our Yoga Retreat hosted at MADE and Moddershall Oaks Spa Facilities. Take time out for you and immerse yourself in a variety of Yoga and Meditation classes with healthy food, treatments, craft, workshops and relaxing in the spa.

A one of its kind 12 hour day of relaxation, self discovery, mindfulness, meditation and yoga practices including healthy breakfast, lunch & snacks as well as time to relax in the spa. Sound like heaven to you?
From your 6.30am arrival for morning meditation and sunrise yoga, your heavenly day includes… healthy breakfast, snacks and lunch, breathing techniques, hips & spine yoga, contentment class, walking meditation, pilates, autogenic relaxation, moon salutations and healing meditation before your day finishes at 6.45pm with a chakra gift to take home.
