Virtual Yoga for Beginners Course
This six week/class course is the perfect way for you to begin your journey into relaxation, perfect postures and some well-deserved ‘me time’. The 6 classes can be watched at any time from the comfort of your own home and no equipment needed. You will learn key moves, postures and techniques to ensure a good base in your journey through yoga. Recommended to be watched over a 6-week period but depending on your confidence, go through the classes at your own speed. Watch them more than once until a point where you feel comfortable to move your practice on.
