Happy Place

We are form fans of Fearne Cotton and her podcast is no exception. Throughout umpteen episodes, Fearne chats to famous faces and friends about how they found their Happy Place and how they overcame the hurdles that life has thrown at them. Raw in places and joyous in others, this one can be an emotional rollercoaster. Our favourite episodes include Zephyr Wildman, Ricky Gervais and Kate & Rio Ferdinand. Real life and totally down to earth, this podcast tackles all the hard things as well as some lovely ones as well.

As soothing as it is fascinating, we are totally and utterly subscribed to new episodes of this one.

This one is super inspiring and showcases the things that haven’t quite gone to plan, which makes a change from a lot of things we see on the internet! Our favourite episode we listened to recently was with Glennon Doyle, author of Untamed. Have a listen for total realism!
