Wellness means different things to different people.
For some, wellness can be centred around high intensity physical activity. Others benefit from a low intensity physical activity that allows them to focus on their physical wellbeing alongside mental wellbeing. And for others, wellbeing can be more internalised through spirituality, gratitude or meditation.
Wellness is something that is close to our hearts at MADE, so during Mental Health Awareness week, we’re offering you a FREE class pass for MADE Wellness Centre to use before the end of June.

With over 100 classes per week, MADE offers a wide range of fitness classes and activities including signature classes, classic classes, yoga, Pilates, cycle and circuits.
Each of our workout zones offers something different – from our functional studio and indoor cycle cave, to outdoor training terrace and surrounding grounds.
