Classes to get your kids moving! 

At MADE, we believe in the power of physical health and its impact on mental wellbeing.

Exercise is an amazing tool to help you feel happier, more energised and more optimistic. We’re keen to encourage children in our local area to keep moving during the 6 week summer holidays and we’re pleased to offer a range of fun and engaging fitness & yoga classes that children can enjoy with their parents.

Classes are suitable for children aged 4-13

£10 per class (1 adult & 1 child)  //  £15 per class (1 adult & 2 children)

BOOTCAMP

 A high intensity cardio work out. This fun and energetic total body workout will challenge lots of elements of fitness. 

YOGA

A fun and engaging way to introduce your little ones to Yoga, enabling them to learn tools to build strength, balance, mobility and mindfulness. This calm and slower paced class will focus on yoga stretches and meditation.

CIRCUITS

A fun and energetic circuits class. Within this class we will be developing strength and endurance by using different timings, reps and exercises. We may also incorporate some adult and child challenges. Do you think you’re up to it?

MADE minis classes

DANCE FIT 

A great way of getting yourself and child engaged in aerobic exercises. Dancing along to great songs slowly increasing your heart rate. We will even have some children and adults dances for you to do together. 

A combination of multiple dance styles form this aerobic workout. Get moving and have fun at the same time!

FLEX & STRETCH

A class that promotes healthy, functional movement. Learn the stretches that will help improve your flexibility throughout. 

Kids Yoga

A fun and engaging way to introduce your little ones to Yoga, enabling them to learn tools to build strength, balance, mobility and mindfulness. This clam and slower paced class will focus on yoga stretches and meditation.

Kids Dance fit

Dance fit is a great way of getting yourself and child engaged in aerobic exercises. Dancing along to great songs slowly increasing your heart rate. We will even have some children and adults dances for you to do together.
